Who Should Vote for the President of the United States?
The federal voting laws should be amended so that the only people, who can cast a ballot for the United States Senate and President, are Americans who meet the same criteria- registered voters who are 35 years of Age, born in America and vote in person or by pre requested Absentee Ballots.
That way we will avoid any possible fraud and know for certain who was elected on Election Day. The individual states can decide what requirements they may place on all other elective offices.
